Recipe for lamb chops with cilantro thyme mint marinade
This recipe for lamb chops will serve 2-3 people.
extra virgin olive oil
Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, cilantro and mint into a food processor and pulse to blend.
Rub the mixture on both sides of each lamb chop.
Place lamb chops in a covered tray.
Let the lamb chops marinade for 24 hours.
Pre-heat grill or skillet on high heat.
Cook each side for 4 minutes for a medium-rare.
Increase grill time for desired doneness.
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
