How long to cook meatloaf?
One of the nice things about this amazing meatloaf recipe is that it can be prepared in a relatively short amount of time. Once made, it can be reheated for several days after. Traditional moist meatloaf recipes usually cook for 50-55 minutes at 350.
Moist Meatloaf Recipe
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 tsp Fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- .5 tbsp White Onion
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup roma tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- pinch Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form mixture into a rectangular meatloaf baking pan.
- Add desired amount of ketchup and spread evenly.
- Cook for 50 minutes.
