Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh oregano
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • .5 tbsp White Onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • pinch Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Form mixture into a rectangular meatloaf baking pan.
  4. Add desired amount of ketchup and spread evenly.
  5. Cook for 50 minutes.
