Ingredients
- 1 large Sweet Potato
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Chipotle Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
Instructions
1) Cut sweet potatoes and soak in cold water for 45 minutes. This will make the fries crispy after baking
2) Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
3) Spray cookie sheet with nonstick olive oil cooking spray
4) Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the cookie sheet
5) Sprinkle dry ingredient mix over top of the sweet potatoes.
6) Flip sweet potatoes and sprinkle the other side as well.
7) Place in the oven for 18 minutes or until crispy, flip sweet potatoes halfway through.
8) Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve
