Homemade sweet potato fries
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/8 tsp chipotle pepper
- 1/4 tsp tyme
Cut sweet potatoes and soak in cold water for 45 minutes. This will make the fries crispy after baking. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Spray cookie sheet with non stick olive oil cooking spray. Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle dry ingredient mix over top of the sweet potatoes. Flip sweet potatoes and sprinkle other side as well. Place in oven for 18 minutes or until crispy, flip sweet potatoes half way thru. Let cool for 5 minutes.
