As mentioned earlier, shirataki spaghetti noodles are low in carbs and calories. They contain 4 carbohydrates and 15 calories per 8 oz. package, to be exact.

The first thing you need to do is cut open the package of tofu shirataki noodles and drain the contents into a strainer. Rinse under cold water for about a minutes and then drain the water from the noodles.
I find the noodles are very long and even when it’s cooked, it can be very hard to cut with a fork. I prefer to place them on a cutting board and halve them with a knife.
How to Cook This Shirataki Noodles Recipe
Boil 1 ounce of water per 8 ounce package of noodles. Add in noodles and a tsp of salt. Simmer for 2 minutes. Let the noodles cool and then return them to the strainer.
Spray a medium-sized skillet with olive oil spray and place on medium heat. Add half a bag (16 oz) of Cooked Perfect Italian Meatballs and allow them to thaw. Mix in half a jar of spaghetti sauce and stir. Add shirataki noodles into the pan and mix in with other ingredients.
How to Make A Low-Carb Spaghetti Recipe with Shirataki Noodles

- 2 packages of shirataki spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz frozen meatballs
- PAM olive oil cooking spray
- On a cutting board, cut shirataki noodles in half.
- In a large pot, add 2 ounces of water and boil.
- Add 2 packages of shirataki noodles and a tsp of salt.
- Allow noodles to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Strain the noodles again to remove excess water.
- Coat large skillet with Pam olive oil cooking spray.
- Set skillet on medium high heat.
- Add 16 oz of Cooked Perfect Italian Meatballs. Cook until meatballs start to brown.
- Add half a jar of spaghetti sauce and stir continuously.
- Add shirataki noodles into mixture and continue to stir.
