Best Healthy Breakfast Bars Recipe: Oatmeal Protein Snack

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes
Servings 21 Squares

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Oats
  • 4 tbsp flax seed
  • 4 tbsp chia seed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup agave
  • 1/4 cup Stevia
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 4.5 cups almond milk
  • cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spray baking pan with cooking spray
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well
  4. Pour mixture into the baking pan and level the mixture
  5. Cook for 35 minutes
  6. Let cool thoroughly and cut into squares
