  1. To prepare the dough, mix whole wheat flour, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  2. Take another bowl, add melted ghee and castor sugar and mix it well.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients into dry ingredients, and combine them.
  4. To the mixture, add milk. Knead the dough into a semi-stiff texture.
  5. Flatten the dough in a rectangle form of 225mm*125mm. Use the fork to prick the dough.
  6. Preheat the oven.
