How to Cook Chicken Thighs in a Crock Pot with Garlic and Honey Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup Mrs. Butter-worth Sugar Free maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Completely defrost chicken thighs.
  2. Place 8 chicken thighs in a crock-pot set to low temperature.
  3. Slice any additional ingredients you want to use (carrots, green beans, etc.)
  4. Mix and stir maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and salt and pepper

  5. Evenly pour mixture over all the crock-pot.
  6. Cook for approximately 6 hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
